1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ag999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ag999 online betting and casino platform available at https://ag999.vu, including all related services, features, and content.

ag999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ag999. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts together with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. ag999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID card or passport.
• Proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ag999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via supported mobile financial services available to players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ag999 does not charge a processing fee on standard transactions, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees independently.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

5Bonuses and Promotions

ag999 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published at the time a promotion is activated:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon request as specified in the relevant promotion. A bonus will not be credited if the player does not meet the stated eligibility requirements for that promotion.

8Intellectual Property

10Account Suspension and Termination

ag999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account registration rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request or a request by ag999.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any activity ag999 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or harm to other players.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and void winnings) will be refunded via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ag999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
